Add a local subject heading:

655 _ 7 $a Paper prints. $2 local

In a PRESERVATION HISTORY: note in the 590 field, put the following note:

590 _ _ $a PRESERVATION HISTORY: Preserved by the UCLA Film and Television Archive and the Library of Congress; preservation material held by the Library of Congress.

If we have made the copy in the collection, in the 843 $n reproduction note, put the following notes:

Reproduced from print owned by the Library of Congress. Reproduction for preservation purposes of title assumed to be in the public domain.
